Wrap Tortilla Crisps

A great way to use up your slightly stale wraps! This recipe is simple to follow and makes a great snack. 

Ingredients

Tortilla Wraps

Olive Oil

Salt

Your Favourite Spices (We love Pepper, Paprika and Chill)

Toppings to serve e.g. Smashed Avocado or Hummus.

Method

Step 1

Take your wrap and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. You can also add pepper, paprika or chilli powder here – spice it up!

Step 2

Cut into 4 strips, then into triangles.

Step 3

Lay onto a non-stick baking tray (on greaseproof paper if you have it).

Step 4

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.

Enjoy with Smashed Avocado or Hummus.
