We're Hiring! Cafe Assistant

Be part of our small team, serving customers, supporting with over all cafe delivery and making sure that everyone has a positive experience at our Community Cafe.

Part time: 0 hrs contract - support the cafe suring team holidays or sickness
Salary: £12.71ph

As the Cafe Assistant, the postholder will:

Assisting with lunch service in the cafe and ensuring it is presentable and ready to receive customers
Greet customers, welcome them to the cafe and explain the ordering system
Show them the menu and take orders to the kitchen
Receive payments ensuring the till procedures are followed correctly
Answer in-person enquiries
Maintain the front of house areas ensuring they are presentabl

Is there an induction and training?

You will receive an induction when you start
We will provide you with the training you need in Food Safety and Hygiene, to complete the role.
Barista training will be offered if required

An interest in food and the services that the Nourish Hub Café provides
