Kiwi and Avocado Lollies


2 Avocados, peeled and chunkily chopped

2 Kiwis, peeled and chunkily chopped

2 tbsp coconut milk

½ lime, juice


  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz on high speed for 30-40 seconds until a silky-smooth puree has been achieved.
  2. Pour into the lollipop moulds right to the top and place into a freezer.
  3. Allow to freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  4. To remove the lollipops, run the moulds under hot water for a few seconds and pull gently to remove the stick.
