Join us at one of our Pop-Up Pantries and fill a bag of food for just £2.50!
We turn community venues into a donation based ‘shop’ filled with surplus produce that we’ve rescued. You’ll save money while helping us to fight unnecessary food waste!
How it works:
- Turn up at the venue and time most convenient to you
- Bring a bag and a suggested donation of £2.50
- Fill your bag with your choice of food
We aim to bring a selection of fresh, store cupboard and frozen produce, with a range of items from your daily essentials to exotic foods you may never have tried!
“It’s Great! It helps us save money and its nice knowing we’re helping to reduce food waste. This is the second time we’ve come here, and we can’t wait to make our favourite with these – toad in the hole!” - Maria
We’re kindly donated surplus food from food outlets, including shops, farms and events, that can’t sell their produce. This means the produce we rescue can dramatically change from week to week. Over the last year a large proportion of this food has been donated from organisations forced to alter their business due to lockdowns surrounding Covid-19. We then donate this food to our Pop-Up Pantry, education sessions or other charities and organisations who provide free meals to the community.
