A healthy balanced diet means eating the right types of food whilst also making sure you’re getting the right amounts. Portion sizes can be confusing but during this Zoom session we will explore simple ways to nail your portion size!

Grow your knowledge around food, nutrition and health with our monthly Zoom sessions hosted by Ffion, our Education and Outreach Coordination. As an Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition you know you’re in great hands. Get involved as much as you want, take part in polls and fire questions.

The session will be 30-45 mins with question time.
