'Food and Mood' live Online Zoom Session 

Join Ffion, our resident Nutritionist and Food Waste Educator to discuss food and mood.

This zoom session will provide answers to questions like, can certain foods boost your mood? Can you adapt your diet to make you happier?

Explore the relationship between the food you eat and how you feel. You’ll takeaway from the session top tips to improve your mood and give you more energy.

You can get involved in the zoom session as little or as much as you want. Just sign up and you’ll receive a link to the zoom the day of the session.

During the session there will be a chance to engage in polls, ask questions, discuss with the group and share top tips.

The session will be 30-45 mins with question time.
