Across the 6 weeks we’ll grow your confidence to try new foods while exploring simple techniques that will create tasty and healthy meals within your budget.
In our safe, welcoming and environment you will:

This programme is for residents of Adur & Worthing.
How it works
The programme will include 6 cook-and-eat sessions that will be held face to face at Maybridge Community Church. We will share advice on healthy eating and food waste-reducing tips while we all cook together! In each 2 hour session you will prepare the ingredients, provided by us, follow our recipe and then enjoy your meal as a group. At the end of the session you will have the option to take home the recipe card and free measuring cups that have been generously donated by Dexam.
